Your bank card has expired or been declined and you wish to renew/pay your WPScale subscription ?
Each direct debit authorisation is associated to a card, so if your card is refused or expired, you will have to manually redefine a new authorisation following the process below.
Here's how to do it :
Log in to your WPScale account then click on the tab "My subscriptions" then on the button "Re-subscribe" or "Pay my subscription".
You’ll be redirected to the page below, then tick the box "Use a new means of payment" then enter your bank card information in the corresponding fields and validate your changes by clicking on the green "Subscribe" button.
That's it, your WPScale subscription is operational again and direct debits will now be functional.
