MU-PLUGINS
Mu-plugins are code snippets that load automatically on every page of your WordPress. WPScale mu-plugins increase security, add useful features and speed up your WordPress.
When creating a WordPress via an intermediary or migrating with WPScale Migration, the folder is copied and you don't have to worry about it.
Download the "mu-plugins" zipped file below, unzip the folder on your computer and transfer it in full via FTP to the /wp-content/ directory of your WordPress. This should give you "/wp-content/mu-plugins/". There's nothing to activate for them to work.

Recommended plugins
Here is the list of plugins to install once your transfer is done.
Install then activate the following 3 plugins (the 4th is optional) :
- Block Bad Queries to protect your WordPress
- Plugin Security Scanner to be informed about plugins with security flaws
- WPS Hide Login to avoid brute force attacks
- Coming Soon Builder (optional) if you need to set up a "Soon" or "Maintenance" page
The first 3 plugins will greatly improve the performance and security of your WordPress. The fifth is a maintenance plugin 100% compatible with our servers and WPS Hide Login.
Change URLs quickly with DBSR or SRDB
We provide you with two scripts to quickly modify the URLs or other values of your site.
These are scripts that let you simply replace any value in your WordPress database with another of your choice. They are very useful for example to replace URLs with others.

Once downloaded, unzip it and send the complete folder to the root of your site (alongside the /wp-admin/, /wp-content/ and /wp-include/ folder), so that this tool can be accessed through a link like http://www.yourdomain.com/DBSR-master/.
Click on the ZIP icon below to download the latest version of SRDB. Operating instructions for SRDB.
Once downloaded, unzip it and send the complete folder to the root of your site (alongside the /wp-admin/, /wp-content/ and /wp-include/ folder), so that it can be accessed through a link like http://www.yourdomain.com/Search-Replace-DB-master/.
Duplicator
Duplicator is a WordPress plugin that lets you copy an entire WordPress site and move it very simply onto WPScale (see the complete user manual).
